Valve Cover Bolts Broken Inside-Help!

I recently did this job valve cover gasket job myself and broke the bigger bolt (far top right on the valve cover gasket). I also broke the two bolts that hold in the electrical harness. I used a torque wrench and torqued to the recommended specs with brand new bolts! No clue why they broke! I also clipped two of the injector connectors (the plugs still sit in pretty firmly, but wondering if I need to buy new plastic female connectors there too? Any help you guys could provide would be great. I think the bigger issue is the valve cover gasket bolt directly into the block. The wiring harness seems pretty held in without the 2 bolts, but I need help hahah!

Thanks,
Robert

EZ-OUT TOOL

Drill small hole in broken bolts and use EZ-OUT to extract the broken bolts.
.
.
I broke the old w/h bolts and used the EZ-OUT to extract. I think the old ones were heat soaked & why they broke before full torque on my dial torque wrench.
.
.
Click type wrench - easy to exceed torque value on these alum bolts.

Is this the only/best way to remove the bolts?

Seems like that method should (drilling a hole in the bolt to remove) i too was using my torque wrench to install my vc but when tightening the bolts the torque wrench felt as it was going to over tighten even though i double check the torqe settings, so i decided to just do it by feel and tighten quarter of turn after snug or until it feels like it just cant go any further
