Injen Intake
Hey, just wondering what you guys think of the Injen intake... if any one has it and if they like it...
Im thinking of ordering one, and just wanted to make sure i wont regret it... thanks guy |

its a great intake
you can feel a slight quicker throttle response with it.. and you gotta love the sound of the turbos spooling up

I really enjoy mine. It does have more of a throttle response but the best part is the sound at 4500 to 5000 RPM's.

ive had a great experience with Injens with different cars EXCEPT the BMW. but i'm probably going to go with Injen as well when i pick my DCI's.

well i imagine that if it's someone's first time, it can take up to 2-3 hours.

love mine in RED! INstall is very easy. If you are familar with the engine compartment I would say under 30 min. I do it in under 10 now for dealer visits

Depends what you take your car in for. If you are having brake issues then obviously the intake is not the cause and will not void a warranty. Anyone will advise you to take out and aftermarket intake before going in, unless you get the $1k Dinan.

I just picked up a AFE DCI and can't comment on the sound cause I haven't driven it yet but honestly it's a breeze to install and I'm sure the Injen is the same..
took me all of 30 min total, really really easy.. the back clamp is kinda hard to work with but really not a big deal..
