LOL, I guess it's Alex then. I pm'd Alex about the prices, he pm'd me back. I called in about an hour after the PM, asked to speak to Alex and was told that he was at the dealeship. I took the order down with the person that picked up the phone, he's not on E90post though

We also have a spring compressor for when we only install springs so we can compress it down enough to put the top hat back on. We've done some tough installs such as turbos before so I'm hoping everything goes a-ok with this install

Just got home, and saw the box on my patio. Can't wait to get it on. Only if there's a shop like you guys in the L.A. area
Here is a useful site:

It's an E46, but a lot of the stuff is similar.

Let us know how it worked out -- take photos and post a DIY

Not always about price.

Paying extra for good service is definitely worth it.

Wouldn't you rather pay $50-100 more to get something right away as Creative stocks this stuff? You can mention other companies and other brands as well. Generally speaking.

The people with the lowest price don't always have a shop or telephone for that matter if you need help with something.

Huh, who are you referring to? I did went with Creative because they had it in stock and they said that I would get the item in the mail in 2 days maximum, which I did. I was in a rush with this product and didn't have time to wait for a week or more to get it. Thumbs up for Creative! They also answered my phone calls every time I called as well!

Got them installed today. My buddy and I did the work...everything that can possibly went wrong did go wrong, lol. At the end, I am very impress at the ride quality! It's so soft and smooth even with 19s, and yet corners like a beast.

Did you leave the rebound adjustment at the factory setting?

^Yes I did. I didn't mess with the rebound setting last night as it was getting way too late. Just took it for a spin around several blocks to make sure there was no rubbing and man, the ride was nice. IMO a lot nicer than stock.

I helped wj4 install them last night. I must say I was impressed with the ride quality of the car with the V2. I was expecting it to ride harsh, but it was the other way around. Although the car stayed planted around corners, the ride was quite plush. There seemed to be quite a bit of suspension travel too, but that is compared to my Evo!

and for those wondering, the installation instructions included with the KWs are worthless! We had to figure some things out on our own.

The V1 only allows you to adjust the height, while the V2 allows you to adjust the dampener as well..meaning you can make the ride stiffer or softer.

Roller-yes I had the sports suspension with OEM 162s.

^Yes, I love it and definitely think I made the right choice. The ride is very soft, but when you corner, it grips pretty darn well! I like the suspension now 100x than the stock sports suspension with 162s.

Damnit, your making the wait harder for me. I have a set of V3's sitting in my house and won't be getting it installed for at least another month.

KW V1 for putting around because the need for adjustment is not necessary for me.

If you plan on changing wheels and tracking and have variables or would like it to be available then go with V2

For those that have installed the V2 or V1, at full height would the suspension come close to stock height? The kits say it drops something like 1"-2 or 3. I'm trying to find a setup where I don't lose more than .5" of ride height(E92).

By far, the best price I got was from Ron at ModBargins for the V2's. He was great to deal with too!
