Snowmaggedon!
Who's ready for the snow tonight/tomorrow? Part of me can't wait for spring to get here so we can be done with this cold weather, but part of me is excited to finally test these snow tires out.
For those on the road tomorrow, drive safe!

I picked up a 2001 (Stage 2) s4 just for this kind of stuff...my rwd 335 went NOWHERE when I tried to drive it a couple years ago. With the awd in the Audi Im gonna go and try and find some empty parking lots and test how well it handles doughnuts

sNOquester is right lol... So what does this mean? Mother nature will cut snow, and it'll be delayed for another 2 months? (hell, i wouldn't be surprised in this bi-polar MD weather)
Can't wait to get a ton of snow!! Got the x3 just for this reason, and I've been looking for opportunities to test this car's capabilities |

I picked up a dirt cheap 99 A4 to flip, was hoping to have a reason other than money to justify it. im hoping we get atleast 1/2" so i can justify not driving the 335

No snow pls, I am so ready for spring. It looks pretty nasty though, i'd imagine most people will have the day off. Parts of VA are gunna get walloped.

meh,
with what little snow we've had this year, I doubt it will be anything much - at least not enough to shut the govt down. Though I could be wrong...

With snow tires, I'm fine in the 335. (That said, I switched to my summers about a week ago because I got a bubble in one of my rear winters and didn't feel like buying another set. The 335 will stay home today.)

FYI to dc folks, roads couldn't be more clear at the moment. The rain just turned to snow about 2 minutes ago downtown, so we'll see how it goes from here. Ambient temps are still pretty high.
If you had something to do today & weren't planning on snow driving, now's your chance! How are things in the rest of the midatlantic? A buddy told me his place in WV already has 7". |

Lol. Don't you love being on the wrong side of a bet that works to your benefit? It's like betting against your team in the Super Bowl. Either way...win for you!

...so...just to be clear....this snow is attracted to other snow of the same sex, and the rate of the attraction is greater than that of other homosexual snow which you have encountered in the past?

I hope you're right on the best is yet to one. I'm still out (currently in Reston) and so far the snow (while pretty) is a dud when it comes to coating the roads. This is partly due to good prep, but mostly high ambient temps, I think. |

Rain then snow then rain then snow here in Falls Church. No real accumulation.
