Half-filled engine light with no codes

I have a 2009 335xi with 115,000 miles. I bought it from the previous owner with FBO. The car is very slow but there are no codes when I scan it. I've scanned it both with MHD and a BMW compatible scanner. The car has a rough idle as well. I was thinking it may be leaky injectors but I am relatively new to cars and don't want to spend $2k+ on new index 12s just for it not to be the issue. Any help is appreciated!

-in addition to FBO it has a oil block off plate+aftermarket oil cooler and an aftermarket oil catch can.

Are you leaving the engine running when you scan it?

Suggest you find some one with INPA or ISTA to give it a very thorough scan. Thego from there. You mentioned MHD you might do a datalog from there and the turbo guys can give you some better pointers.

I am too much of a rookie when it comes to turbos. My n55 is on factory tune.

Yeah car should be on or it could be clearing the code by itself, I had this happen with a boost leak. I would drive then get a check engine light, pull over shut my car off and check codes and have nothing. Then I tried the with the car on and it was stating a 30FF low boost
