Staggered 189 Style wheels on AWD (328xi)

Hi guys, I came across a 2008 328XI I am thinking about purchasing, an E92, and the wheels that are on it are the 189 Style staggered 18" wheels. For those that don't know, they are 8.5" wide in the rear, and 8" wide in the front.

Is this going to cause a problem for the BMW AWD diff being the tires are going to be different height in diameter? Have people done this before? The car has 136,000 on the clock (unknown how long the wheels have been on it).

It's fine as long as the tyre diameter difference is under 1%.

Install these sizes and you're fine :

Front 225/40R18

Rear 255/35R18
