N54 Downpipes?
I'm considering getting downpipes. So there are downpipes that remove the catalytic converter (catless) and ones that don't, is this correct? Are catless ones illegal and ones that don't remove the catalytic converter legal?
Will I pass smog? Also, do people notice that things smell different with catless downpipes? |
