Hi, is it possible to change the time when car goes to sleep mode with coding?
In which module and what are the options?

If it were possible to do this, there would be a stickie in the coding forum for it as this would be a high demand search item.

Sadly no such animal appears.

Do you mean when the car automatically disconnects the connection after like 5 minutes? Just plug in the driver seatbelt and you should be fine, it will keep the car alive.

Yes, it is possible. The CAS is the one responsible for sleeping time. But change those values with care, as your car might go to sleep and might not come back when you put the key in the slot.

Usually, people, want to modify this values due to their car's battery drainage. If this is your case, I suggest that you find the issue and fix it.

Yes, I want to reduce power draining as much as possible. I drive short distances and I think battery does not have enough time to charge each time. So reducing useless idle would be beneficial in my case. My car goes to sleep only after 30mins.

Full sleep time is indeed 30 min standard for most of e89 platforms. You should understand that you have another problem and you should fix this. If your car does go to sleep, than I assume you might have one of this 2 issues:
1. bad alternator (or IBS sensor, or alternator belt, or Belt Drive-Vibration Damper)
2. bad battery

I tested my battery in the shop, they said its in good condition, just discharged. I charged it fully, but still it discharges quite fast (I assume its because I drive 4km every day so its not charging enough). If I don't drive for a week car does not start any more.

I am getting 2DED errors.

I suspect alarm system. Previous owner has installed alarm system for insurance, but I don't know much about it (which model...). I see that there is 3A fuse connected directly to the battery, I assume to power alarm system. Not sure if I want to remove alarm system though.

Also I have powered Logic7 AMP directly from the battery, but it was like this in DIY, so I assume it does not use much power if its just powered but car is sleeping?

Well, you have just found your possible culprits.

First of all, the logic 7 amplifier drains current from the battery through the black relay in the fuse box, that relay is controlled by CAS under special circumstances, and as the name suggests it is not always set on.

Secondly, only a few alarm systems are suitable for BMW cars, as they tend to drain to much power while sleeping or some are even keeping some ecu online.

Remove those 2 when you close your car for a few days to test the above mentioned.

I have retrofitted logic7 system by this DIY:
https://www.1addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1175122
So its powered directly from battery (separate fuse) and does not go to fuse-box, I don't think it uses any relays. So I wonder is it better or worse?

But 2DED error was even before retrofitting logic7 so I assume its alarm system.

I have found one of alarm systems model, its "Kodinis IMB5".

Not sure why it needs that relay with 3A fuse.

But I think there is another alarm system which makes the noise and maybe has even separate battery.
