Tail light only flicker on start help

I installed leds for my backup lights on my 328xi 2007 and i have some flickering on start, but when i go on reverse they do not work or go on, can someone help me ? i got 1156 bulbs that already work for my tail lights. 1156 were recommended on rockauto.com, the base one were halogens p21w 12v. Could it be a fuse or just my 1156 that are not the right voltage ?

the following picture is of the bulbs i bought that work perfectly for my tail lights.

those flickers are cold check, you can code it off using ncs expert

The Bimmercode app also makes it very easy to let the car know whick bulb has been upgraded to the LED version (and stop the flickering for good) but unfortunately it is not free unlike NCS expert.
