That looks like the surrounding of overhead dome lights. Which model do you even have?

Even though the dome lights surrounding is a good guess and I can totally see why you said that, I believe the part visible on the picture is a grille for the front bumper and what OP is looking for, are brake cooling duct rings.
Since in many cases, people just use these for visual purposes, googling "bmw e90 bumper rings" or sth like that will work just as well

Yeah I wasn't sure...weird looking brake cooling ducts since they're so small and closely spaced.
