Unhappy E90 No Low Beams/High Beams

I recently purchased a 2008 335i with 168k miles on it (57k motor) and the Xenon low beams and high beams do not work in both headlights!

Errors: Adaptive headlight failure, low beam failure, parking lamp failure

I already replaced the low beam bulbs and the SMC modules (have not replaced ballasts because there was no corrosion on them), and neither fixed the problem. Pulling the high beam stalk does turn on the flashers, but pushing it forward does not engage the high beams nor does the light on the dash pop on (does pop on for flashers).

Adaptive bulbs turn on when the switch is facing up (towards the 0) and one notch to the right but turn off in Auto or all the way to the right. I noted during testing with INPA that they can only go up or down, not left or right.

I also have tested the ride height sensors and they are working just fine, reporting 0-4v in INPA when I move it around.

I may try to reset the FRM short circuit counter, but I doubt this is the issue.
All thoughts would be greatly appreciated! I'm tired of driving around with fog lights at night!
-mods-
JB4 tuner (issue was present before install), catless downpipes, straight-pipe
