trans replacement help

So I’m just replacing my e92 335 trans and I can not get the drive axle nut off to save my life. I was just wondering if I have to take the drive axle all the way out for the swap or what else I could do before I get a hernia trying to get this nut off.

Not needed, you can drop the center support and that should give u enough slack
