Post your Phone Mount Holder

I have an E92 Pre-LCI with iDrive
Looking for an idea which PHONE MOUNT HOLDER to pick for my iPhone 7.
Thinking of an ‘In-Dash’ set-up but I’m little concern that it’ll leave a sticky reside or a donut ring in my dash. I also don’t to go with the Magnet set-up

Can you please post pictures of your phone mount holder?

Thank you

I have this one and it's excellent. A square, flat magnet is included in the box-- I've put it between my phone and my phone case. The magnetic attraction to the mount itself is very strong and holds my iPhone 7 no problem, even over harsh bumps. Highly recommended.

For my setup I use a universal suction cup phone holder with a 5 foot USB coord. Placement is on the lower-left windshield so that I can use the navigation with just a quick glance over.

Lots of good non-magnetic options in this products review: http://www.bestproducts.com/cars/aut...ounts/?slide=1

I've had a few different ones. I have the BMS one now. Love it, and it looks good, not a piece of cheap plastic.

Proclip, hands down nothing better, specific to every car made to fit the e90 instead of being generic. Not cheap, but is very slick.

Kuda mount as listed above (non-iDrive) and a Pro-Clip attached to that.
Have the Y cable in the console between the seats running up through and into the dash. The pro clip holds the cable in place at the bottom so when I dock, I'm automatically charging and I can change stereo input to iPod and listen to whatever from my phone.

How about this holder? I'm thinking about purchasing this one. Want something that can handle aggressive driving while at a good location. This se me like it'll do the job.

I want a holder that has the wireless charging incorporated in it. Any good ones?

I looked at holders with wireless charging and didn't find any I liked. Ended up sticking a wireless charger under my sunglasses holder and just throw my phone in there. Fits perfectly and a little blue light comes on (drilled a small hole in the front of the holder for the light) to show that the phone is charging.

I tried the ProClip mount a while back and it works fairly well, but the problem is that because it kind of squeezes in behind the aluminum trim after I removed it there seems to be some rattles now from that trim piece because it is deformed slightly.

The Kuda mount looks better overall but it's pricey. I just use a basic vent clip now.

I got this mount pretty recently. Absolutely love it! Very subtle and sturdy. If you have some trim removal tools, this is very easy to install.

I wanted my mount to be down low and not blocking any vents and this one does the job. I can take a picture but won't have the phone in it since I'll be using it to take the picture lol

edit: Found a picture that's very similar to my setup but doesn't have the fancy phone mount with built in charging port.
