Help with Headlights & HID Fogs

I am off tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone can help me out on replacing my headlight bulbs and help installing my Hid Fogs?

I'm in the fairfax, Va area.

1/4" drive ratchet and 8mm socket and the BMW screw driver.
