Ordered Redline D6 MTF, And Redline Diff oil plus Power transfer pump from Motive #1740.
I hate filling transmissions & diff's it was time for 85$ tool investment with power transfer pump.

Ordered New Bridgestone RE040 tire for front right and once I get that in car is being aligned and tire mounted and balanced...Damn pot holes in Virginia messing up my alignment.

And finally I got appointment 28th at bmw for them look at MAT sensor on passenger side sigh...

Nothing. She has been screaming for the matte black grills, air scoops, and BMS DCI that's sitting in the garage. I've been too lazy to install it. I did manage to buy a wind deflector and install it yesterday though.

Ya its first time @ 105k (fingers crossed) I plan on keeping her for long time so I decided now or never. She feels fine so I highly doubt I will break tranny gona change her now and 30k ill do it again and run 50k intervals from there. I ordered 10qts should be enough for 2 changes.
I hope I get same results as you man.

I typically follow Old School Maintenance recommendations, so generally every:
Oil change 7,500miles
Brake fluid - 1yr (brake fluid before any track day)
Power steering, coolant - 2yrs
Gearbox and diff 30,000miles

Well, 30K intervals I think its a little overkilled IMO for our N52 engines. On the other hand, N54,N55 30k intervals its ok due to their turbos and engine patform. Driving habits make a lot of difference too. Cheers!

Funny you mention this, I got one of these on my last oil change service. Its hard to get use to the fact the engine shuts off at every single stop light. The whole car shakes at starting, its kind of annoying...

It is weird, but if you change it to sport mode, it relies on the gas engine only. Start/stop does add a lot of lag though.

Ohhh I was in for surprise today guys lemme tell ya.... im like what does this button do....ya bad idea using fold mirror button my left mirror put itself out of alignment folding dont ever use it lol. Had take cover off mirror and f with it about 20min to get it aligned again. Apparently this is pretty common problem from what I saw on forum. Sigh

Also replacement of tire today and alignment my front right toe was off by .20 degrees which is why tire wore out. I got battery replacement left hopefully that goes better then mirror.
