Where to purchase M3/Mtech bumper?

Hey guys,
I've been on the hunt for a M3 or Mtech front bumper for my '09 E90 335i. I've found some vendors like **********s and JGmods but they don't (from their checkout) offer shipping to Canada. Also, eBay has some sellers but the shipping is astronomical, just as much as the bumper itself.

Ultimately I'm asking if anyone knows a place IN Canada that sells them for a reasonable price??

Any insight is appreciated.

But nonetheless, national shipping wouldn't be as bad. Poly replicas though?

I think the majority of them are fiberglass, you'll have to email them to find out specifically

Jspec Performance and Street Xtreme carry them year round. Also they are polypropylene I bought one a few weeks ago. Only risk is that these bumpers are hit or miss on fitment. Jspec seems to to be good at returns and exchanges but it will Suck with all the shipping and time for you.

Honestly fitment is not good at all on these replicas.

Even the ones everyone on here claim fit flawlessly.

If you want clean lines and properly aligned corners and edges, spend a bit extra and get an original bmw bumper.

Cant believe I bought this replica junk. Never again.

Well, oem M3 bumper is not going to fit onto a NON M car! So replica is the ONLY way to go for everyone who want m3 look... ?

Interesting. I got my bumper from the last groupbuy as well, and the fitment was horrible. I assumed the fitment was fine because it looked fine after installation, but the body shop told me the areas that didn't line up properly and I noticed the imperfections when I looked closer.

Basically, in the body shop's words, "This is about what you'd expect from an aftermarket bumper, it's not bad considering it's a replica, but it's no where near the fitment of an OEM bumper."

I ended up getting charged an extra hour of labour because they had to work out the fitment issues. Total cost was almost the same as if I had just gotten an OEM bumper.

Edit: Mine was a E92 MTech front bumper

Mine was E90, mtech rear and m3 replica front. Body shop had no issues and it looks great.

I guess different models maybe had different issues, don't know.

Very interesting, maybe we should start poll or a thread called something like
"E90/91 vs E92/93 REPLICA bumpers fitment"

Anybody else with review?

Im looking into this and it looks like most (that i found) E90s had a normal fitment and E91s had problems????????

E90 and GOOD fitment

E92 and NOT GOOD fitment

The body shop will definitely have to work on these bumpers to make them "look" like the fit good.

Any aftermarket part takes a LOT more work to fit properly than an OE piece. Basically, it comes down to the body shop more than the part.

I will be putting on a M-Tech rep this spring on my pre LCI car, to replace a damaged stock front cover. Will probably order it from ECS. We have a body shop here at work, and some of the guys are very good, unfortunately, our painter is shit. Will see how it goes.

They installed a BRABUS body kit on my smart, it took a lot of work to get it to fit perfectly. And BRABUS is about as expensive as you can get for aftermarket body parts.
