Yeah, something is definitely jacked up. Even at MSRP at the buy rate MF I get $541.35 + tax. Probably lots of unnecessary fees.
I get the following lease numbers (buy rate and residual constant): $1000 over base invoice, $0 down: $613.09 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $1000 down: $583.01 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $2000 down: $552.93 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $0 down, 3 SD: $598.29 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $0 down, 4 SD: $593.35 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $0 down, 5 SD: $588.42 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $0 down, 6 SD: $583.48 + tax Also the following finance numbers (assuming 3.9% for 60mo): $1000 over base invoice, $0 down: $796.59 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $1000 down: $778.21 + tax $1000 over base invoice, $2000 down: $759.84 + tax Hope this helps you see where your numbers should be. Good luck!

From my experience, I can say that us Florida guys will not be able to get a great deal on any kind on a 335. The best I could do was 2000 off msrp, base rate, 1652 drive off that includes everything, 680 a month 10k/36mo.

you have pm. All of the CA's around here keep saying its a "hot" car so they can't take too much off msrp so we will most likely not see anything near 500-1000 over invoice like all of the other guys.

The CA I referred you to? I have to admit, his return time isn't the best but he gets the job done in the end. If you don't have time, try using the Braman site to get the process going.
