Haha, now I'm the opposite and lend my dad my 330D on random occasions, it doesnt matter how new his car is he said he will always love my 330d, even on the way back from Chemix with the alignment out, a little divvy big bore exhaust car was right up our rear and then went to overtake and my dad said "naa I dont think so!, just a little feather and that torque kicks right" I really do the love the car. I have to say though OP a BMW 640 :O that must be bloody amazing!

Hi all - hope that you are all surviving this current situation!
Thought a few of you might like to see how the old 335D is doing - its been almost a year in my son's keeping and he has looked after it well - despite him receiving a rear end shunt that was not his fault! Thanks to the other party having a decent insurer (Hastings) they rang him and asked to settle - he did very well out of the deal! Sorted: A couple more pics: He has had a couple of issues - new map sensor and MAF sensor required along with a DPF clean and a new exhaust pressure sensor - but mothing too major. As for me, I'm still working a long way from home (actually currently trapped as Oman has no flights in or out!!) - but here is what I have done to mine: Lowered on BC Racing coilovers Quantum44 Flow Forged 20" wheels Last edited by Calluhan; 04-16-2020 at 07:14 AM.. |
