Looking for a tuner in Los Angeles area
Anyone have some recommendations for a tuner in the LA area? Doesn't have to be a shop dyno tune. I've posted up logs before and I wasn't real happy with the input, honestly made things worse.
My current mods, FBO, JB4 w/MHD BEF, stage 2 LPFP, inlets and outlets, running e50 and BMS Meth CP injection. Thanks. |

I had a great experience at Speed Logic. It's a drive for me from Santa Monica and would be for you from LA depending on where you are, but Rob knows his stuff, won't upsell you for crap you don't need and does things right.

Haha what are you talking about Precision Dynamics and SSR Performance deal with a streamline of N54's on the daily and post weekly promotions specific to the N54.

Anyone can tune you remotely, dont need to be local or on a dyno.
You're causing yourself headaches when a tune is a credit card and email attachment download away. Trebila still does Jb4 custom bef

The only one that I know of is PureEvilTuning on IG but he doesn't response to my DMs. Trust me I've tried looking for people that's why I'm on here trying to find someone, remotely or and shop.

I was looking for a custom tune for my current mods, but now I'm on hold because I need turbos now.

Most if not all custom tunes are done remotely. You take a log of your car, export the file, email it to the tuner, the tuner then takes the parameters of your log tweaks it accordingly, then emails the file back to you so you can upload it back into your ECU controller i.e. Cobb, MHD, JB4 etc. it's an ongoing processes of logs and tweaks sending back and forth. No legit or well known tuners invite you to their location unless they are in your backyard. They don't need anything physically with you car. Ken Wedge Performance, Justin Twisted tuning, BQ Tuning and Motiv tuning are to name a few. |
