This is an old harness. Looks like the FF wires were added on at one point. I like soldering the wires myself.

I added the FF wires to my last JB4 and they come with pins so there is no splicing involved. Same was true for when I added the FSB for methanol.

Only one wire comes with a d sub pin on the FF wire kit. You have to tie one black wire from the FF harness to the two green TMAP wires going back to the DB25 connector and the other black wire from FF to pin 21 I believe. The two green wires originally going to the db25 connector are tied together essentially looping them back.
