I currently own a 2007 335i coupe and just wanted to share this with my fellow BMW owners. So the other day I went to Parkview BMW (great service btw) to do the battery cable recall, usuall I don't go to the dealer but it's was a recall so why not. Anyways I was speaking with my service advisor Paul Danilla, great person very friendly and helpful guy with some knowledge on the n54 performance world, and he was looking at my file and he noticed that my Injectors had a 2 year warranty which was about to expire this month, so long story short he worked out away to get me 6 brand new injectors for my 07 335i coupe for free!! This is close to a 4k service at BMW, and I knew that sooner or later they were gonna fail. Good thing I went to the dealer to do that recall!! Saved my self a very likely headache and 4k In my pocket, most likely they were gonna fail in the near future because every morning my car would shake like Crazy due to fuel leaking into the cylinder heads over night.

Thats awesome. how did you have a warranty on the injectors to begin with?

Was it replaced before?

I bought my car used privately from an old lady, and them I we
T to the original dealer to find out what service was done to the car, and it just so happened they were changed to the updated ones at 50k I bout it with 55k and now it's at 95k and the warranty ends this month which was a 2 year warranty.

if he got the work done at the dealer, they most likely kept the injectors

Ya I did get it done at the dealer, I didn't even bother asking for them, but I don't think they would've given me the old ones anyway.
