My E90 was at one point damaged and obviously the work was done poorly, so now I have to get it repaired...




My question is who has used where in Calgary? I have used MPS before on my old G35 and it peeled in a year... So definitely no cheap shit.

I got quoted $2021 by Calgary Coachworks North (door and unpictured bumper damage). Cosmos quoted me $3400!!! Even with my Eurodrivers.ca discount, with the excuse that "Coachworks will just paint over it", even when they specified the damaged area will be sanded down and repaired properly.

Anyone have any other shops, or should I just take it to Coachworks? I pretty much suspected (and have budgeted) 2 grand.

Heard Screamin' paintworks does good work at reasonable prices...maybe you should try calling them for a quote?

I've dealt with Dan before. He can be at the more expensive end of things.

Edit: looks like screamin will be doing my car! $2200. Not bad.

I've gotten my vehicle repaired and painted at a few places in the city before. I'm now always taking my vehicle to Maranello's for paint work. And for any mechanical or all other repairs I bring to Vitek Autoworks. Both are quite close to eachother on Edmonton Trail. Trust me... don't bring it anywhere else. If you don't believe me I can even show you my vehicle, we have the same color too. Sometimes a shop seems like it does an okay job, and then one summer day you're hand washing your car and you see all the mistakes.

I may just have to get a quote, I have to posphone my work as I need new tires (fronts are completely bald). So i got a new set of 19" rims too.

Looking to have it done late april now.
