IPhone XS phonebook problem CIC & Combox

Hello Guys,

just got a new phone that causes me some hadache when it comes to usability in the car.

Pairing was no problem. But the phonebook is not syncronised so not available for seach or control.
GF's 5SE & 7 works perfect...




Any ideas?

Make sure you have contact sync turned on in the Bluetooth settings on your phone.

Settings-Bluetooth-YourBMW-Sync Contacts.

thx guys, all above was tested before I posted here... Never the less I solved the problem by crashing the car...

Lets see if I get it back or it will be a new one...

Not too big damage, it is back on the road again...

A small update is that I took my summer-car out now - also A BMW E9x with CIC.

Same s&#t issue!!

Any ideas?
