N55 stuck in Open Loop Fueling

Ran into an issue 3 months back where we randomly got multiple faults on the lambda bank 1 o2 causing it to have no afr or fuel trim readings. Replaced that. Didnt fix it. Got another new O2, replaced that and the tmap ground wire.

Worked great!

Now we're stuck in open loop fueling again with an O2 heater fault code. No other codes present. Does anyone know what this could be? F series so there is no fuse for the o2.

Thanks.

How did the sensors look that you took out? Burning oil?

Have you asked him to look into it? Tried going back to stock tune and see if it still does it?
