2FA3 code and no boost with MHD

Hi guys,

I just got the valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket done on my car. Went to pick it up, flashed it back to Stage 1+ from 0, and something felt weird. I felt like I had no boost, and sure enough when I hooked my phone up I wasn't getting any boost. Read the codes from the MHD app and it's showing 2FA3. I tried flashing 0, 1, 1+, etc. with no luck. The only mod I have is a 5" VRSF intercooler.

Any idea on what could be causing this?

Also, how do the maps in MHD get updated? Is it OTA or do I need to manually update them when new map versions come out?

Does anyone know the sizing for the silicone hoses in the 5" VRSF FMIC kit? It turns out I have a leak in the IC piping but I can't get it to fit properly, so I won't to buy longer hoses.
