Anyone around West Palm have a DCAN OBD Cable?

I have one myself but I am seeing no connection, Id like to test another to see if its the cable or not. I could Buy, Borrow, use, test, drive to you, meet you somewhere -- anything.

At minimum Id like to connect it to the car and see if I can see connection on my tab using an OTG cable and MHD app. Should take no more than 90 seconds of your time. If it makes a connection and you are kind enough to let me flash the computer I would appreciate that 45 mins of your time. If you would like to let me use it overnight to fine tune after flash that would be great but if it turns out its my cable Ill just ask where you bought yours and purchase a new one.

I can buy you a six pack, a few gallons of gas, a happy meal or shake your hand and thank you for helping me out.

Anytime, anywhere with in reason I would GREATLY appreciate it.
