New Overkill Garage ST kit

Does anyone on here have one of these kits?

Seems like a decent option for not very much money. There's one or two threads on other forums, but they're mostly just the guy announcing that
he's making kits.

Carefully read the "You will need" in the FAQ. The reason this costs so little is the lack of other bits. Looks like you'd need a custom downpipe, manifold studs and nuts, manifold gaskets, charge pipe to intercooler, wastegate dump, all the oil feed and drain lines, some coolant hoses? (says they have a fabbed pump inlet??). Now i'm sure it's still cheaper but something like a custom downpipe and charge pipe is not what many want to do, same with sourcing their own drain/feed lines and fittings.

Edit: Just for a bit of info, I'd personally buy the new docrace bottom mount over this without a thought. Full kit with everything needed, from a reliable and respected manufacturer for not a crazy amount more than this. I believe just shy of $4k depending on your turbo choice.

The T3 flange will be a deal breaker for most. There's a lot of pieces missing from the kit that you'd have to fabricate or buy so don't think the price is actually that low. It looks like it might be an ok budget option but I'd say buy a higher quality kit.

I don't really mind fabricating stuff up but I agree a higher quality kit might be a better route. I was just wondering if anyone had used this kit yet

Nice! I like more options! More kits like this will start hitting the market soon. Bottom mount will become a more popular kit to run because they really are within a lot of peoples budget. Hell I even ordered a bottom mount kit with a 6266 from JPWorkz.

What's with the motor mount? Is that common among other bottom mount kits?

Yeah all bottom mounts fabricate a thinner post for the motor mount.
