Couple of Battery Questions
Hi, I'm getting an error message for my battery and my stereo, chimes and parking sensors have shut down. I've read somewhere this happens when the battery is dying.
My car is an 2010 E90 so will be the first battery change. My current battery has the code: 61217575327. I believe this is an AGM battery. Could someone recommend be a replacement for this. Secondly, how to register this. I have an ELM 327 and have hooked this up to the Carly App. Is this a good way to register the battery? I've tried in past to get the PC software working but with no luck ( I only have a MacBook). and I like how it only takes a couple of clicks to do this in Carly. BImmergeeks Pro Tool doesn't work with the adapter I have (it says you need their adapter). Many thanks |
