Power went out yesterday during a thunderstorm. Had a plain ass ham & swiss sandwich for dinner w/ a bowl of cereal. Almost sad lol.

thought i would try something a little different. drizzled some olive oil on them, then salt and pepper like normal, but i tossed them in bread crumbs just screwing around. added a little texture, but nothing groundbreaking.

These look tasty! I did pork chops as well last night, but forgot to take some pics. We used ritz crackers as the breading then into the oven rather then deep fry. On the side we had corn fritters and green beans, was stuffed afterwards!
