Warranty Work/Mod Friendly Dealers

I've searched and while I have found a smathering of posts, few have related to local dealerships that are OK with mods, be it piggyback ECU tuning or something as simple as an exhaust.

Just wanted to get a consensus - for the SoCal guys especially - where do you get your car serviced and have you had any problems with the techs/SA's hassling you over modifications?

(Mods, pardon if this is the wrong place to ask, feel free to move it if you find it necessary)
