I'm so surprised to read that the stock engine can take so much boost without decompressed it. I was worried for my setup at 20.5 psi (504hp and 700nm) with 60% of e85...I'll try soon with 23psi.

totally not even comparable...your turbos and his single flow completely different amounts of air at the same boost pressure and with more air comes more cylinder pressure.

Awesome work! I'm still torn between going 6466 gen2 or 6870. Your graph looks damn impressive though!

Thanks guys! I updated the original post with more info, graphs, and a video. I'm finally able to relax. I've been helping buddies get their cars ready for TX2K15 the last few nights getting about 3hrs total sleep each night. This morning I had enough adrenaline pump from nerves and excitement that I was wide awake. The original plan was to go to TX2K with the car but the forecast down their changed this past weekend to pretty much rain every day except for tomorrow so I decided to call off my trip.

100% e85, NGK plugs and at the moment the part number on them slips my memory but up until about 700whp plug gap was at .022". After that we were getting spark blow out so we closed them to .018" and everything was good. Probably didn't need to close the gap that much but also didn't want to have to keep pulling them to close the gap again.

I was figuring it would make around 830-840 at 36psi early on, then as we got closer to 800whp it started looking like that would happen at 32psi which it did. I told chad my limit was around 36psi because I didn't want to find the limits of the stock head studs and HG.

There's more left on the table even at 36psi.

On the n54 stick with the 6466. The n54 just isn't rev happy enough to take advantage of the 6870's curve. I have a 6766 sitting on the shelf in my garage that I contemplated using but glad I stuck with the 6466. It full tilt by 4100 rpm on the dyno and I'm sure it'll hit full boost sooner than that on the street and the power continues to build to redline.

Thanks again everyone! It took me a solid hour or two once I got back from the dyno to calm down enough to start working. lol

That's beautiful man, great power curve. A lot of good info in this thread with the 1.00Ar and the spark plug setup to the fueling. I will be going for something like this with my Comp 6767 in a week. 100% E85 and 30+ psi. The last time I dyno'd with this was 753whp 29 psi e40 blend and meth lol. I really want equal fueling distribution.

It's a natural comparison,, being a previous owner of a 94 Supra turbo (10.95@135mph with a slipping clutch) DD street car, I've always said that the N54 was the "modern" version of the 2jz. And after 2 blown 2jz motors (lean #6 cylinder on 1 of them and i can't remember off hand the other)... I'm betting the N54 is stronger or better designed. My favorite part is that it's in a modern vehicle with ETS, ABS, heated seats, etc... and 4WD for mine,,,, all things that my Supra didn't have.
