Bilstein b4 vs b12 vs kw1
Hello!
I've recently got FBO status on my 335i e92 and now looking for slight suspension upgrade. I need: Comfort (dd) Performance Slight drop front (I do like oem look, but wouldnt say no to 10-20mm drop on front) Which of those 3 kits would you recommend for a guy whos most likely never going to track his car and has a tight budget? Bilstein+eibach b4 sport - 420€ B12 - 610€ Kw1 - 820€ |

For M Sport (15mm lower than standard): B12: 20mm front & 10mm rear Now, be aware that since you've got a heavy engine the front will probably lower a few millimeters more once it settles. Search around for pics to see it for yourself. |

The B12 Kit with the Eibach springs is the most conservative drop. If you are looking for improved handling and the smallest drop the b12 is the go to.
For anything else I'd go with something else like KW V2 or Bilstein B14. |

B12 sounds like something for me, v2-v3 are way to expansive for my taste as I want to get f32 335i or f10 550i in a year.
What would you recomend, b12 or m3 controll arms and maybe subframe bushes? Am not that interrested in drop, mostly after road control. Last edited by badh3ro; 06-05-2015 at 08:27 PM.. |

Front control arms will make a difference, too, but if you're planning to get a new car soon, I wouldn't spend so much money.
