Hello friends! CIC Stuck at 12 (Will be reward $$)

Hello friends, after updating CIC with ISTA/P
the CIC turned Black, it still communicates, but fail recovering from 12 %

Can anybody help me ? i have read all post on this forum but still no luck
If someone can help me and bring it back to life with the help off teamview Etc. : Will be reward $$

I have Icom Next And Icom Most adapter all set up

Tools 32
Winkfp
NCS
Inpa
Ista
Ista/P
CIC Special Tools
Etc
