Ok thanks, I think I have a better understanding of it, I just pushed out version .30 which I hope takes care of the red and yellow at the least, but potentially the entire problem.

Doesn't seem to be happening any longer over the last few days and a few different versions since 23. If I notice it again I'll let you know.
