New suspension setup, what do I need
Just orded a set of Bilstein B8s for my 08 e93 328i. I am going to be pairing them with H&R sport springs. My question is, what related components should I be replacing while I'm there? I know the front bump stops are destroyed.

All new mounting hardware. You wont need to buy new bump stops as they're already integrated into your B8s

Check out some of the stuff from AKG. Things like top and bottom shock mounts really make a difference.
