- SS outlets (VRSF) - FMIC 5" stepped or even a 7" - upgrade your stock twin turbos to stage 2 - upgrade your LPFP to stage 2. |

on 93 Octane. If you did full bolt ons (upgraded intercooler, inlets, dual cone filter intakes, downpipes) and run a small mix of e85 like 30% you should hit about 440whp with 93 octane mixed. Breaking 500whp on stock turbos will require higher content of e85, upgraded fuel pump and/or meth injection and a custom tune. But your stock turbos will hate you since you'll be pushing them beyond 21psi. |

Yes, OTS maps are produced for vehicles without inlets. No, car does not run worse with inlets and OTS maps. My experience is that performance improves modestly (based on testing with virtual dyno) with inlets and MHD maps once the DME adjusts itself and that driveability is unaffected. Of course, maximum benefits would be obtained with a custom tune

so adding stage2 LPFP would require custom tune or MHD 2+ will be able to handle E85 on stage2 Fuel pump? |
You can run the e30 map on a healthy stock fuel pump. Up to e60 on a stage 2 fuel pump. Full e85 would require a stage 3 and PI or a helix overdrive.[/QUO
pardon me, what is PI? |

Add an FMIC, inlets and outlets and get a custom tuner you may be able to get 400-440 with 91 ACN. Can't ask for more and that's decently good power as is.

If not, go catless downpipes. Much cheaper & more HP/ Torque I assume you have a 5 or 7" FMIC? 1.75 inlets & 2" outlets won't upset MHD. When you decide to run a custom tune from say Wedge you will be able to really take advantage of the custom tune because you have inlets & outlets. If anything you will gain some HP & Torque. In addition, you make your entire intake system extremely efficient. Your turbos will be happy. You will certainly prolong the life of your turbos. If you go with catted down pipes, do a secondary cat delete @ replace them w/ Vibrant 1792 Resonators. |
Get a custom tune if you get inlets. You are trying to maximize HP on 91ACN with stock turbos, correct?
If dp upgrade is sound related then why MHD Stage 2 plus require high flow cattles/catted down pipes?
