Found i was looking for.. Please Help! Warranty ?'s

Hey guys, I have been looking for used 335.. I have finally found the one i was looking for. My issue is now that i found it at a used car dealer that isn't a bmw dealership. All the cars service records have been thru a bmw dealership. The 4 year 50k mile warranty is just about to be up on it. I would like to have bought one that was already a CPO, but since it is not a bmw dealer it can't be CPO'd. I been reading up on the Easy Care third party warranty but do not know anyone that has had it. I plan to do full bolt on mods on the car and also exterior mods. With that in mind is it even worth it for me to get a third party warranty on it? Thank you in advance guys

If you are going to mod the crap out of it I would say no it is not worth it (IMO)

call around for third party warranties, but they're not gonna be cheap (expect $4k+), especially since the mileage is almost at the 4yr/50k mark.

If you have money on the side in case of an emergency and you're getting a deal, sure! If not, it'll probably be worth your while you get something newer.
