Educate me...air/bag suspension for dummies.
I'm sure it's been beat to death on other forums, maybe this one too. But I haven't really gone into depth on the differences of systems/purposes and brands. I went on airlift's website but still confused between the differences in their systems.
3H, 3P, 3H and 3P (height-pressure) I thought all a bag system does to suspension is go up and down. So if anyone can lay down some knowledge on me, I appreciate it. The intent for my car is to be able to adjust my cars ride height, with a compressor tank, using the supplied remote or phone wifi. |

There's a thread on air ride as a general thing. But what you're talking about is the management.
Basically with Air Lift their current offering is 3P/H. All 3P systems can be upgraded to 3H, the only difference being height sensors mounted on each corner so the system knows exactly what height it is and uses that to manage height rather than assuming based on pressure. Air Lift also make dampers and bags, but you don't have to use Air Lift dampers and bags with Air Lift management, and vice versa. Air Lift are generally regarded as the best/biggest. Although Accuair management is also very popular, but for me 3H beats E-Level. |

Whether 3H is worth the money over 3P I'm not sure, but it should be the better system. If more involved to install. I'll be doing the sensor install to upgrade my 3P to 3H. But I got the sensors used for 1/4 of their new price, not sure I'd have paid retail.
