Car Skipping/juddering When Pulling Off

Hi guys,

I have owned a 2010 320d BMW now for 6 months and love it, smooth, stylish and great to drive. The car has not missed a beat since I owned it and has a full BMW service history.

Was out for a Sunday drive yesterday and I noticed every time I pull off from lights etc it felt like the back tires were skidding (as I thought because they are near the limit) but then realized the traction control light was not showing so now I fear it was the clutch slipping or something of that nature. I t continued to do it for the whole day. It seemed to kick in around 800rpm and stopped around 1500-2000rpm in first gear. There is no problem once moving.

I am just wondering has this happened anyone else and what could it be?

Regards,
Joey
