Quick question fellas,

I downloades the files only for the e89 and there are 7 parts to this. Do I just extract them into one folder, for example one for cgdat, daten, ecu, etc....? It just wants to replace everything?

hey guys, I updated my SP-Daten from v49 to v50.2. When I try to get a connection to an e89 (e91) i get alway an error after this update.

What do I have to copy of the BASE-Folder?

So I updated it like this:
Folder: Daten: execute laden.bat
Folder: Copied the files of ECU: in C:/EDIABAS/ECU and overwrited it
Folder: Copied the files of SGDAT: in C:/NCSEXPER/SGDAT and overwrited it

When I choose e89 and try to get a connection to the car via CAS this error will pop up:

"ERROR! Modul: LFCDHDIA.CPP (A_E65CAS.IPS/IPO), Proc: CDHapiResultText, LineNr: 01, ErrorNr: 2000
COAPI-2000: Fehler in EDIABAS oder in SG-Beschreibungsdatei
SYS-0005: SG-Beschreibungsdatei nicht gefunden"

NCS expert version: 3.1.0

I have worked with ncsexpert and the software installed in bmw 2013 tools. I have he winkfp software. I have recently had gone to independent specialist and found there is a new software almost very module on my car.

Could you please guide me on how to do the update to my car on my own. Or do just get it done thru the local independent specialist. The specialist wants 66 pounds for the update.

If I download the spdaten v50 and move it to the sp daten in my c drive and then just install it via ********* tool will that work.

And which software do I use to update the software ? Is it winkfp software ? Or can I do it with ********* tool.

Can anyone else download the files? I started downloading parts 1-5. Now it complains that the rest are unavailable. Did the bandwidth limit get hit?

Only downloaded the smaller file and unzip with no problem

Never saw a response on this, any one that can help? Do I only need one part of the e89 daten files or do you use all parts? Thanks
