335i Wagons! Raise your hands....

I have my heart set on an LCI 335i wagon.

The main criteria is that it has to be manual!!

They seem to be rare as. I've seen Matt's post with his lovely black example and there was one in the classifieds that is the ultimate.

I would appreciate it if you do have one share it below.....

If anyone is ever selling one, make sure you PM me!!

Also how hard was it to find and did you have to wait long?

Wagon? Does that have wooden wheels and two horses up front?

Lol, when I bought my 335i tourer, manual, new in 2009 the salesman said I was mad. (i bought it new cos there were no used ones)

"Nobody wants a manual, you'll never sell it" they scoffed.

Bull. Sold it well above book to someone who'd been looking for one for 9 months without joy.

Join the queue, just be prepared to wait....

I spent bloody ages looking for a tourer(loved the idea of a nice looking sleeper) Audi carry off the barnstormer tourer thing so well, but gave up after 4 months of looking saloon was the second choise failed to find a decent one and was left with a very wide choice of coupe's.

If I'd of had another car I'd of honestly held out for the right tourer(with Xenon's) Glad to see your making a come back Greg..

Yup, I own an E63 'Estate'.

I think Tourer is acceptable as it is the long standing name given by BMW.

But no wagons here please, we're British!

Estate doesn't sound cool enough for a BMW, even though that's what they are.

My E9x preference in order.......If your asking, is E92, E91, E90 then finally E93.

Sorry I will refer to the E91 as an estate going forward!

Sounds like I could be up against it though....

I fear this is the problem, there are far more coupes to choose from.

I've got something to smoke around in which I'm happy with for the time being so will just keep my eye out.

Nope.

Touring, not an Estate.

In the same way that an Audi estate is an Avant

Garage List
2011 E90 M3  [0.00]
They are a great car Greg. No question. Finding one is definitely a tall order. I was 'lucky' in that I saw mine advertised and wasn't actually looking to change car at the time. I just thought why not! Really glad I did though.

As Dann mentions above, there was one for sale privately recently at £18k or thereabouts. I also recall a couple around Christmas time for sale at main dealers. Both manual and £20k+. However, they do get snapped up quickly.

Even the guys at my local main dealer seem to appreciate mine. Suppose they see hundreds of 118d's and 320d's, so the 335i is a bit different.

I had the company's loan cars to use thing is its not yours plus I was itching to get my own wheels, after a prolonged look at the Tourer, for which I saw not one single car and a Saloon or 2 which were poorly spec'd and looked tired the only avenue left was the Coupe or Cab and I don't do Cab's so Coupe it was.

But if you've got wheel I dare say you're saving money on fuel etc... worth while holding out for the best car you can find Greg

I have 330i Touring in Manual (LCI) again very rare.

I may be tempted out of it for a 335i touring.

I cannot understand why no-one likes changing gear its great.

Here is mine..... you can pretend its a 335i from the front!

That looks great in grey.
Personally I love a manual. Especially with the I6 petrol engines.
Every auto I've ever driven has been slow to decide which gear it wants and just been poo

Don't you guys think that finding tourer with decent specs and engine is hard to find.
When I search for e91 330d with xenons and fully electric, results were negative.
I had to retrofit fully electric heated seats in mine.
It was sold in 3 weeks time and first viewer took it.

I saw 335i F10 the other day and they are hard to find as well.

I spent ages looking for my E91.
I had a very specific list of must have's, and I was very close to giving up!

I wanted:
Sunroof
Heated seats
Factory xenons
M Sport
idrive
Bluetooth hands free
330d
Manual
and most important of all, I didn't want silver or black.

In the end the only thing off the list I had to compromise on was the sunroof, but the one I got in the end had Hifi sound, so it was a nice alternative.

When I was looking for a 335i I wanted xenons, m sport, manual, I drive and either a tourer or saloon for a max budget of 16k

I found 1 e91 that had everything bar manual gearbox and it sold for 19k. I then found my e90 with a much better spec than any other e90 in the country.

Two weeks later an e91 came up for sale with everything I wanted but for 18k.

There's one for sale AUC right now, if you like/don't mind saddle brown interior. It's at Knights North Staffordshire.

I love saddle, it's my preferred interior colour!!

However, silver is my lowest ranked exterior colour!

I know it's out there. Will be keeping my eye out...
