Removal of seat belt assist!?

Hi,

Can someone tell me how the hell do you remove the seat belt assist?

The nuts on top just spin round & round!

It's driving me crazy! I've tried jamming screw driver underneath (to stop the bolt spinning) but no joy!

I'm getting serious pissed off.... stupid design!

If its not stuck out or broken
Dont remove it.

Just pull the fuse for it.

Thats what i did. I hate those things
