GVA - Walnut Blasting Kit N54/N55 for Rent

Hey, got the media blasting kit from Bavauto a while ago and blasted both my car and my friends car with it. Car runs perfectly smooth after cleaning the ports so I recommend it if you own a N54 or N55.

Kit includes:
-Walnut Blaster Nozzle - 3/8"
-Walnut Blaster Vacuum Adapter
-Media Blaster Tank V3

Required but NOT included
-Air compressor (90 psi recommended) (Can rent from Home Depot)
-Shop Vacuum (Any shop vac will do) (Can rent from Home Depot)
-Walnut Shells (Can purchase locally from princess Auto)

Renting the kit out for $200 a day + $400 refundable deposit. Paid over 600$ after tax and duties so I think being able to do the job for $200 is not bad considering it cost well over $1000 at a dealer. Make sure you are capable of doing the job yourself before hand as it does require a bit of labor. I live in the Vancouver area so let me know if its something you would be interested in.

Cheers,
Saeid

I understand that there maybe some work involved. Like i said, It's not an easy job. I'm not running a business. I'm literally just renting out the kit I have in case anyone is looking for one. You're more than welcome to get yours done at a shop. Just don't turn my posting into a discussion board. Thanks.

Don't turn the post I made on a discussion board into a discussion? Lol.

You got ripped off at $600. A wiser person can get one shipped for $400cad

So, considering this needs to be performed every 50k km. Someone is much better off buying the kit themselves, rather than rent yours at an outrageous price.

Most people who buy the kit end up offering this service for about $200.

Op is just lazy.

There is nothing wrong with OP offering his equipment for rent.

If you don't like his offer move on and don't trash his thread.

If people are smart, they could get a couple of guys together and rent his equipment for a day and with 3 guys for example, each is spending $100 a person. I think that's a pretty damn good deal.

I'm not holding a gun to anybody's head and forcing them to rent it off me. there is no need to shit on my posting just because you don't like it. if you don't like it or don't want it simply move on. if you read my post carefully you can see I'm only offering it for 200 bucks with a refundable deposit in case of damage or in case you don't return. I didn't know it was such a crime to want to offer equipment I bought. some people would rather just spend the time and effort and do it themselves because they enjoy working on their car.

you're absolutely right, maybe I worded it wrong. i meant it's just not cool to go on a posting and just rip on it just because 'it's too expensive' or 'not worth it'.

I do it for $250 in Edmonton , you supply the gaskets.

I stopped doing it cause someone was undercutting me. It takes me about 2.5-3hrs.

Check kijiji for better gva prices.
