correct spark plugs?

looking to replace my spark plugs on my 2007 335i coupe with 33k miles, i am experiencing very bad startup's idle's ticking sounds from engine, and i feel like a majority of the problems are from spark plugs and at 33k miles and a tune and heavy driving, im sure its time for a plug swap. just wanted to make sure im ordering the correct plugs

http://www.partsgeek.com/mmparts/spa.../bmw/335i.html

anybody know if thats the correct plugs and anyone recommend anywhere else to order from?

also if anybody wants to help me install that would be great since i dont got the tool and dont really want to buy it.

Bosch part #ZGR6STE2

You can get them here for only $11.64 a plug: http://www.sparkplugssource.com/shop/search.aspx

I'm assuming LA is Los Angeles and not Louisiana... so, if you're local you can just pick them up and not worry about shipping costs. They're located in Garden Grove.

if anything, i'd rather have shop to work on it. if you DIY and break one of those coils, it'll be very expensive fix whereas shop messed up, they have to cover that... you do it yourself, you still need socket also...

A spark plug change is pretty straight forward, not too much to worry about. Only thing is possibly over-torque'ing the plug and damaging the cylinder head. Best to use a quality torque wrench.

Where in LA are you? I can do it (have the right tools) but the car should be cold. It helps to ensure you get the coils off without breaking them.

if you are not careful, you can break off the plastic coil pack when you pull it out...

I was a little worried about that too... but in the end it was pretty easy to pull of the coils w/out damage. Like hun77777 says... be careful and don't use too much force.
