I went to the shop to get my rears inspected yesterday, they havent found a problem and they told me that they fit nicely. I would be careful when you are choosing springs, I mean all in all most of you guys are willing to buy springs that are not designed for xi. (i.e Eibach's for i). I've seen the drop of H&R's for xi and it looks the same, if not better than my setup. There is around 100kg difference between i and xi, so not many people might want to take that risk.

The H&R's are nice, I have um and recommend them to any xi owner. Why not get them instead of something designed for the i?

Just had Bilstein + Eibach installed today. Fitment is perfect. No concern or what so ever. I am so pleased that ride comfort is not compromised at all. I think Eibach is the way to go. HR, I heard, ride quality is too harsh.

Subscribed. Waiting on GB price. Is SPP offering Koni sports for the XI application?

I might give H&R's (for xi) a try, they will be stiffer than Eibach's. I believe its mostly the tires that makes the ride harsh, with right tires the problem would be solved.

Derek post some pics, and make a review about your experience

yeah H&R's + Generals 19" suck for ride quality. I switched to Yoko S.drives and it improved about 200%

There you go. Eibach's with RFT's were horrible, once switched to Toyo's the harshness was gone

+1..that was the reason for me getting the H&R sports for the xi. There was a reason that they have xi springs, so why not get the proper one for the car.

I am happy with the drop and feel comfortable having xi springs. I am running on 18's non-runflat and have no problems with the ride being overly harsh.

To conclude the questions about the fitment, I had the shop check it twice and I myself checked it as well, everything sits well tight, so fitment is 100%. Shouldnt worry about anything..

That's great news, atleast we know that there aren't any fitment issues.
