70.5k miles, no accidents, dealer maintained until my ownership with full service records (in French). Before being put away for winter had a professional exterior detailing (wash, clay bar, polish, wax, seal, etc.). Mint condition. Fully loaded with basically every option besides nav.

this car has been for sale for ages...at least several years....initial asking was close to 40k when I first saw it....also was listed on BAT, Pelican, 6speed, etc...

Is that the same car???

I didn't recognize it without the ridiculous asking price, white wheels, and condescending attitude from the seller.

In the mid-20's it's a reasonable buy in that configuration and mileage.

I believe that car sold on eBay for around 24k last round. If it's the same car, someone is making a quick flip.

The seller's name looks familiar...quite sure it's the same dude...anyways car has nice options...similar to the one from Beverly Hills BMW that sold for $21k

No, this one is pretty basic optioned compared to the one from Beverly Hills BMW. Pretty much the only options it has are M Sport package, glass roof, and USB (if they were not standard items for MY 2012).

It's odd that this car wasn't spec'd with heated seats and comfort access if the original owner ordered the car. Even most dealers who spec out an order for an E91 chose heated seats, especially in a northern climate region.

Your probably right but I also agree it's doubtful a dealer would order a car that way. Seems like a specific build.

$27k seems reasonable considering the specs. It's a little bothersome that the seller has preferred to drop any mention of this car being tracked in the past. As a buyer, that's something I would like to know...

This one was for sale quite a while back! Beautiful color combination but I would think the salvage title would be deal breaker for a lot of people.
