While installing a new battery, I snagged the Black/White (Factory Alarm Disarm) wire that runs to the Alarm Control Module behind passenger side taillight. I can't figure out where the other end is supposed to go to. My car cranks but won't turn over and I'm guessing it may have something to do with the anti-theft immobilizing function.

The fuses behind the glove box were fine, the single fuse in the engine bay is also good. I have the following codes 2DEC (power management) and 2E84 (water pump).

After pulling off the trunk liner none of the other wires look disturbed. I thought it might be a ground wire that goes to this grounding block? I stripped the wire and pinched it to the bolt, but the car still wouldn't turn over.

After peeling back the tape I see there are three wires running to the following:

Red - Tapped into the battery positive+ cable
Black - Grounded to a bolt
Black/White - ???

Anyone? All I want for Christmas is my car to turn on 😄😂😭😭😭.
