Alarm Control Module - Black/White Wire?
While installing a new battery, I snagged the Black/White (Factory Alarm Disarm) wire that runs to the Alarm Control Module behind passenger side taillight. I can't figure out where the other end is supposed to go to. My car cranks but won't turn over and I'm guessing it may have something to do with the anti-theft immobilizing function.
The fuses behind the glove box were fine, the single fuse in the engine bay is also good. I have the following codes 2DEC (power management) and 2E84 (water pump). this is the wire this is where one end of the wire leads to After pulling off the trunk liner none of the other wires look disturbed. I thought it might be a ground wire that goes to this grounding block? I stripped the wire and pinched it to the bolt, but the car still wouldn't turn over.
