My E93 Sat Nav shows Eastern Europe

Having searched for a long time for a Sat Nav update for my 2011 E93 and asked on various forums for help in finding same I had come up with zero.
Then I found “ Bimmernavi updates”, who I thought were based in the US, for 70 dollars they would send me a USB with a 2022 Western European update and forward me a BMW FSC code.

So far so good, then it all started to go wrong, I had to chase them several times before they finally sent me a USB from Slough!!.

When I downloaded the USB I found to my dismay they had sent a USB for Eastern Europe.
My screen shows:
ECE
BMW Group
411211.2.14
Road Map Europe East Premium (USB) 2022

Having asked repeatedly for the correct update, I was finally sent another USB, which was for again Eastern Europe.
Any further attempts to get the correct USB has been met with lies and broken promises, I purchased the first USB nearly 3 months ago.
I have managed to get my money back via Paypal, but am left with a Sat Nav which is useless, unless I want to Navigate around Moscow !!

Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks, but if that involves downloading to your own computer then putting it on a USB, I do not have a clue

What I want is someone who has the correct USB update which I am willing to pay for. Which works

Seriously mate, this is dead easy.

Do the download, get a 32gb usb (the one you have with the easten map on.

Delete the map data off that and then unzip the 2022 file and the copy to the usb, takes like 10 minutes.

then start car and wait 30 seconds, then install into the glovebox usb port.

If you really want a pre done USB, send me the usb and i'll put it on there for you.
