I recently came into possession of an 09 lci e91 that I imported into California from Georgia. Georgia does not require a front license plate but California does. yay.

So i ordered from ECS the appropriate front frame BMW part # 51117143749.

Only after receiving the car did I realize that there was a front license plate frame in the trunk area.

I did not want to drill holes in the front bumper so i opted to install a US Millworks towhook frame, which i highly recommend.

At any rate, I have 2 of these frames that ill give to anyone who wants them, ill ship flat rate usps which i expect to be less than 10 bucks or so.
