FS: VRSF 7" High Density "race" fin pack FMIC * NEW in Box - Never Installed *
BRAND NEW, NEVER INSTALLED. VRSF 7 inch HD FMIC Same High Density core used in the Competition Race Core Version! ALSO INCLUDED: FMIC Install Kit plus Lower Charge Pipe! For those who aren't familiar with this, it is very similar in performance to the 7.5" stepped intercooler by VRSF. If you aren't running over 800HP and pushing your car to the absolute limit, you will not notice a difference between the two. Even so, this FMIC will hold up quite well for back to back races, half mile drags in hot weather, etc. I've seen this intercooler on a 650HP single turbo build and the IAT didn't increase more than 12F above ambient on back to back races and half mile runs. This intercooler also works great for those who want a fast reliable daily driver. The pressure difference across inlet and outlet is minimal and efficiency is quite good. Just stating facts here. This is a very good deal for what it is. Both are for N54 Engine Platform RWD only (Not for Xi). 335i (2007 thru 2010) 135i (2008 thru 2010) ----- Priced individually: VRSF 7 inch High Density fin pack Intercooler $425 local pickup cash only Or $450 shipped within US. I would much rather sell locally, but will ship for the above price. ----- Be respectful if you submit an offer, I won't reply to lowballs. Are the catless downpipes ceramic coated? And is that price including shipping?

Is that the 7.5" stepped intercooler? Is it this one https://x-ph.com/7-vrsf-front-mount-...5-e82-e90-e92/
If it is then i am interested. But in your photo it looks like a smaller one.

So they sell a 7.5 and a 7.5 hd race. The 7.5 is just a thinner density intercooler so it exchanges heat quicker which "can" cause slightly higher iat but you get more surface area to take in more air, the HD is just the high density so the fan packs are more dense which is suppose to cool better

This FMIC is the 7 inch version with high density fin pack, meaning more surface area for exchanging heat from your air temps. This is not the 7.5in "race" version, however, this one works EXCELLENT for racing. I have seen it in action on other cars and it's incredible how well it works on hot days when you are doing back to back races. For most people, this 7 inch is more than enough. It can handle an 850+ HP car with large upgraded turbos and keep your IATs plenty cool enough to keep the power flowing. This is the same fin pack density as the race version and is almost as large. It just doesn't have the step on it. Also, it fits below the radiator as to not block it from cooling your engine temps.
Again, you won't find a better inercooler for this price. If you have any other questions, please ask. The FMIC is still available. The Downpipes are SOLD |

Price includes shipping cost up to $20, but not Paypal fees. Local pickup in zip code 93021 is discounted $20.
So $475 local pickup, paying with cash or $495+pp fees shipped within 48 contiguous states. |

I have the 7"HD from VRSF. Highly recommend it. Keeps my iATs about 10 degrees above ambient under boost in 95+ degree FL weather. In the fall/winter its even better!

Mine is not used, never installed, perfect condition. I paid $550 about a year ago.
BEWARE of the ebay "High Density VRSF" intercoolers for under $400, they are NOT high density cores. If you ask them to give you the fin density per inch, they will either not respond, or lie about it. Price has been Reduced to $450. |
